Navigating MySupply
Shipment Plan
- The Shipment Plan provides supply visibility infomation for managed products for previous, current, and future weeks as available. When an updated Shipment Plan is available, you will receive an email notification containing a URL to access the Shipment Plan report. The information can be viewed online or downloaded for your use. If messaging appears stating "no current ship plan is available", please refer to the previous week's plan until you receive notice that a new plan is available for you. Please note: Information on MySupply is subject to change without notice and all items are subject to availability.
Reports
- A list of transactional reports for your account will be accessible through MySupply. When a transactional report is available, you will receive an email notification cotaining a URL to access the latest file or altenatively, you can log into MySupply directly to see available information. The information can be viewed online or downloaded for your use. The reports will be versioned using a date and timestamp for your reference. Reports are assigned "valid from" and "valid to" dates. Reports will be available for view and download during the validity period. Once the "valid to" date has passed, the information will no longer be available.
Account Manager Comments
- A blue icon will appear for you to double click and view account manager's comments on both Shipment Plans and reports. No icon will display if no commentary is added.
Credit Status

The credit status provides an indicative projected funds required to support your shipment plan. It will also provide a drill down list of the shipment that are on Credit hold for your needed actions. Credit status is updated once a day. The information can only be viewed online.
