HOURS OF OPERATION For order status information or other assistance with an order you have already placed with the Apple Store, please contact Apple Sales Support at 0800-020-021 between the hours of 9AM and 9PM central time Monday through Friday. If you need configuration or presales help, please contact your usual Apple sales representative.
Taiwan SALES ONLY The Apple Store sells and ships products only within Taiwan. No shipments can be made to addresses outside Taiwan. You may not export any products purchased at the Apple Store.
SALES TO END USERS ONLY The Apple Custom Business Store sells and ships products to end user customers only.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a pre-built Apple product, please call 0800-020-021 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of your receipt of the product. Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized product is not eligible for this return privilege and may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless DOA.
If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned in undamaged condition with the original government uniform invoice (or gift receipt) and original packaging to the Apple warehouse within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration materials that were shipped with the product.
Please note that Apple does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
- Product that is custom configured to your specifications
- Opened memory
- Opened software*
- Electronic software downloads
- Personalized iPods
- Software Up to Date Program Products (SW upgrades)
- Apple Gift Cards
- Apple Gift Packaging (origami style gift box with ribbon and greeting card)
- Apple Developer Connection Products (Membership and Technical Support)
*You may return software after rejecting the licensing terms, provided the software is not installed on a computer. However, software that contains a printed software license may not be returned if the seal or sticker on the software media packaging is broken.
NOTE: You must use the carrier designated by Apple to ship the products to Apple for return. Apple will not accept any return from you shipped by a non-Apple designated carrier.
Dead On Arrival (DOA) Product: System Failure Out of the Box An Apple-branded hardware product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure preventing basic operability, upon its first use out of the box. If you believe that your product may be DOA please call Apple Care Technical Support at 00800-095-988 within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. AppleCare Technical Support will determine if the product is DOA and offer you one of the following options:
- Replacement:The same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at Apple's expense. An Apple Store Sales Support representative will contact you within 24 hours of your call with the replacement product delivery time, and the process to return the DOA product.
- Service: You may have the product repaired; however, once serviced the product is no longer eligible for replacement.
- Product must be deemed DOA by Apple Care Technical Support within 30 calendar days of the invoice date in order to receive a replacement unit.
DOA Terms and Conditions
This DOA policy only applies to Apple-branded hardware products currently offered on the Apple Store. As new products are offered Apple reserves the right to determine whether or not this policy applies.
This DOA policy does not apply to third party products which do not bear the Apple brand name. You may call the manufacturer directly with any third party product issues. If the product is deemed DOA by Apple Care Technical Support more than 30 calendar days after the invoice date, Apple's standard product warranty will apply. If the product is deemed by Apple Care Technical Support NOT to be DOA, Apple's standard product warranty will apply.
Apple reserves the right to test returned DOA product. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, Apple may impose a NT$400 handling fee.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS Apple Branded Products If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any Apple branded product, please contact Apple Technical Support at 00800-095-988. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product. (See Product Warranty section below for specific information about Apple's product warranties.)
Non-Apple Branded/Third Party Products If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product, please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Note: Products sold through this website, which do not bear the Apple branded name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with terms and conditions packaged with the products. Apple's Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not Apple-branded, even if packaged or sold with Apple Products.
PROOF OF PURCHASE Apple will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by regular mail when your order is shipped.
CUSTOM CONFIGURED PRODUCT We are pleased to offer product which is custom configured to your specifications, and encourage you to review your order carefully. Since the product is built to your specifications, the order can not be changed, modified or canceled once your order is in production.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Credit Terms If you have received credit approval by Apple, payment for your orders placed shall be payable within thirty (30) days from invoice date, as described in Apple’s electronic statement of accounts. Apple does not give discounts for prompt or early payment. Apple shall be entitled to place your account on credit hold until payment is received in full. Overdue amounts will be subject to an additional interest charge computed daily for each day that the payment is late at the rate of interest of the Inter Bank Offer Rate prevailing in the country of payment plus two percent (2%).

- Contact Apple Sales Support at 0800-020-021 and provide the representative with your web order number to complete your order.
- Purchase Orders Purchase orders will be accepted once credit has been approved by Apple and a credit limit has been established. PO numbers can be entered during the process of placing an online order.
- Wire Transfer
The Apple Store accepts bank wire transfers as a valid form of payment. If you would like to use a wire transfer to pay for your order, please follow these steps:
- Create your proposal online at your company's store and save it. Please note the web order number.
- 2. Contact Apple Sales Support at 0800-020-021 and provide the representative with your web order number to complete your order.
- Obtain the final dollar total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges from the Sales Support representative.
- Have your bank electronically transfer the total dollar amount of your order referencing CUST and your payer code and web order number or payment advise number.
VAT Apple Store purchases will include VAT in effect at the time of shipping. If the VAT tax rate in which your order is shipping changes before the product is shipped, the new tax rate in effect at the time of shipping will apply.
SHIPPING OPTIONS As a service to our customers, Apple provides ground shipping on every order at no additional charge. Orders shipped by ground generally arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping. Our ground carriers deliver most of their packages Monday through Friday, and some of our ground carriers deliver packages to non-business or residential addresses on weekends.Shipping Details The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full.
Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.

Note: Title and risk of loss to all product will pass to purchaser upon shipment from Apple's shipping location.
PRODUCTS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSITFor any Apple products that have been lost or damaged in transit, please contact Apple Sales Support at 0800-020-021 between the hours of 9am to 9pm Monday through Friday.
Apple will ship the products to you via an Apple designated carrier. Apple will not ship the products to you via any non-Apple designated carrier.
PRICESThe Apple Store endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current Apple products and selected refurbished and clearance products. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipment) plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Apple reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the Apple Store at any time.
Should Apple reduce its price on any shipped product within 10 calendar days of shipment, you may contact Apple Sales Support at 0800-020-021 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Apple within 14 business days of shipment.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITYApple makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided by the Apple Store at checkout. The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Federal Reserve holidays. Lead times quoted on the checkout page are for orders that are partially shipped - meaning items ship as soon as they are available. If you have requested a complete shipment, please add 3-4 additional days for transportation and order consolidation processing.
Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, Apple will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.
We encourage authorized purchasers to navigate to your custom store and click the "Review Order Status" at the bottom of the page to view the status of your orders. If you need assistance with orders you have placed, call 0800-020-021 between 9am to 9pm Monday through Friday. Other users of the custom Apple Store should contact your company purchasing agent for order status information.
Given the popularity of some products, Apple may restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. Any product limit restrictions will be posted on the Apple Store web site. This information is subject to change.
Apple endeavors to stay at the forefront of technological advancement. For this reason, Apple reserves the right to discontinue products without notice.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All Apple hardware products, including clearance and refurbished products, carry a one-year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. You may review a copy of the Limited Warranty on new products, including its limitations and exclusions, before you purchase, by visiting the appropriate link below.
Non-Apple-branded/Third-party products are sold "AS IS" by the Apple Store, but may be accompanied by their manufacturers' standard warranties. "AS IS" products are sold by Apple as is, where is, and with all faults, and without express or implied warranties from Apple. If you have questions about any manufacturers' warranties that accompany such products, please call the manufacturer directly.
- One-year limited warranty for new products except iPod and iSight
- One-year limited warranty for iPod and iSight
Your use of Apple-branded software is on the terms of the license in effect for the software at the time of purchase. You will be asked to agree to the terms of the applicable license at the time that you install the software. You may review examples of some of Apple's licenses, including limitations, by visiting the appropriate link below. Please be aware, however, that your purchase is subject to the particular license that accompanies the software and you must agree to the terms and conditions of that license when you install the software. That license may differ from the licenses you can review here. Be certain to read the applicable license carefully before you install the software.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONSApple is not responsible for typographic errors.
Apple reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the Apple Store at any time.
All sales at the Apple Store are governed by the law of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
No Apple employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Apple Store's policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
The terms and conditions contained herein shall apply to all proposals and purchases placed on the Custom Apple Store, and you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions of sale in the event that you submit orders via the Custom Apple Store. If the purchasing entity (customer) has any current Purchase Agreement with Apple, in the event of any inconsistencies between the Purchase Agreement and the terms and conditions herein, the Purchase Agreement shall prevail.
