  • To check the status of an order, log in to the Apple Store for Government ecommerce.apple.com (Opens in a new window). Select Order Status on the home page.
  • To make changes to an unshipped order, contact us at GovernmentSSO@apple.com. Note that changes cannot be made to Configure-to-Order (CTO) products, or to orders which are "preparing for shipment" or "in process."
  • To make changes to your purchasing account, such as updating an address or phone number, please contact us as at GovernmentSSO@apple.com.
  • To make changes to existing Proposer or Purchaser roles, please contact GovernmentSSO@apple.com.
