  • To make changes to an unshipped order, contact us at AMR_SSO_Preship@apple.com. Note that changes cannot be made to Configure-to-Order (CTO) products, or to orders which are "preparing for shipment” or "in process."
  • To make changes to your purchasing account, such as updating an address or phone number, please complete a Change of Address Form (GUF) available on Apple Sales Web (Opens in a new window) (part number L11543B).
